Orders & Shipping
- How long will it take to receive my order? Once your order is processed, shipping typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package is on its way.
- Do you offer local pickup? Currently, we operate exclusively as an online store to keep our processes streamlined, but we offer reliable door-to-door delivery.
- What should I do if my order arrived damaged? We take great care in packaging your beauty treats, but if something arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item, and we will make it right.
Returns & Exchanges
- What is your return policy? Due to the nature of beauty and skincare products, we can only accept returns for items that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging within 14 days of purchase.
- Can I change my order after it’s been placed? We move quickly to get your orders out! If you need to make a change, please email us immediately. Once an order has been fulfilled and a tracking number issued, we are unable to make further changes
